My wife and I have built a number of homes previously both as owner builders and with large building companies. The systems that APG has in place are the best we have seen. We are also aware that numerous key staff within APG changed positions whilst we were building. Aside from a little confusion as to who we should contact over issues at various stages of the build, we found the systems that are in place, and helpful staff kept things rolling smoothly. There was no real problem despite these changes. Indeed, if our normal client liaison was not available we found that another staff member would quickly step in to help solve our problem. Lisa (Prestart Consultant) for example, did this a number of times. What a great team!
All matters were dealt with promptly and efficiently throughout the build process. Highly recommended. Scheduling timed to perfection. No time delays experienced throughout build process, came to completion earlier than antipated well done!!! Joe (Site Manager) was always approachable and was onto any issue prior to us requesting resolution, informative and professional at all times. Best site supervisor we have ever dealt with and this is our fifth build. Happy customers.
All our concerns were addressed professionally, always with a smile. We signed up twelve months ago and have received the keys one day short of the contract signing. All the trades we met were very efficient and considerate. Brett (Site Manager) always listened to our concerns and acted on them quickly and efficiently. Whenever he said something was going to happen quite often we would get to site and was done. He has a professional yet kind manner.
There have been so many wonderful people involved in the build of our home. Thanks to the drafting team who accommodated all our variations and changes. Lisa Rose who helped so much at pre-start, making a daunting process quite easy and was an amazing listener to what we wanted and was able to help with selections when i had no idea! To the receptionists who are always polite and helpful.Jim has amazing attention to detail and he attended to things before we had the chance to notify. The communication between Alesha and Jim seems to be amazing. Responses to our queries were impeccably fast. Ivan the tiler was a perfectionist in his work, loved the tiling! We were happy with all the trades involved, people we met on site were always very helpful and friendly. Thanks to the cleaners- amazing job, transforming a building site to a blank canvas to create our home! A huge thank you to everyone involved, we are so very happy with the finished product and cant wait to make it our home! Very happy APG clients, will recommend to everyone!
We will always be very thankful to Steve Humski for the time and enthusiasm that he showed us. We were very appreciative of the effort that he put into helping us get ready to build. He is a huge asset to APG.
Hannah has gone above above and beyond in all aspects of our communciations with her. She has done her upmost to endevour to ensure our queries and concerns are met, she has been timely and efficient.
Overall APG made building our new home a fairly non dramatic affair…and as we were living over in Brisbane for the duration, it was important to us that we could leave everything in capable hands…delighted they fulfilled our expectations.
